Kimbal responds to Epstein Files

Kimbal Musk — brother of Elon Musk and owner of Boulder businesses The Kitchen, The Kitchen Lounge and Nova Sky Stories — sent and/or received more than 100 emails to/from Jeffrey Epstein and his associates between 2012 and 2015.

Musk used an email address associated with his nonprofit, The Kitchen Community, which established gardens at schools. There are currently no gardens associated with Musk at BVSD, a spokesperson confirmed, and Musk hasn’t been present at a school since at least 2021, according to internal records. The $20 million sale will be finalized later this spring, The Mountain-Ear reports. The group of business leaders who connected Eldora’s current owners with town officials is no longer involved, they told the Colorado Sun.

Erie police officer no longer with the department for anti-ICE post

Libs of Tik-Tok on Jan. 28 featured an image of a social media comment from the officer that read “they wear armor so headshots would work better.” Read more from Axios.

In a statement days later, Erie officials said the post violated multiple department policies and was no longer employed with that town’s police department.

Denver Summit FC approach attendance record for women’s sports

40,000 tickets have been sold for the home opener for Colorado’s National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) team, March 28 at Mile-High. That’s just a few shy of the NWSL record AND the record for largest crowd EVER for a women’s professional sporting event in the U.S, according to The Denver Post.
